Unknown Lesion of the Vulva: Does it look like any of these?

A Bartholin cyst is a painless swelling on one side.

A Bartholin abscess is very tender, unilateral, with swelling and redness.

Primary syphilis is a painless, wet ulcer with swelling around it.

Secondary syphilis have multiple moist lesions

Herpes start off as 1-2 mm blisters, which then break open, leaving painful ulcers.

Vulvar Intraepithelial Neoplasia (VIN III) gives a focal, white lesion.

Monilia (yeast, candida) of the vulva is an itchy red rash.
